How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cardboard boxes with no mention of the contents or our brand on the exterior.

What is your return policy for grow lights and electronics?

We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain electronic components may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
