Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

  Secure Your Gear

  Pack the items carefully in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and power cords are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or your own shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
